Consultants — the Yashoma panel
How someone joins the panel.
We turn down most people who apply, and we say why. Nothing about this process is automated — a doctor on our team signs off on every consultant.
Licence, at the source
Registration number checked directly with the issuing state council, plus degree certificates and two clinical references.
A real interview
Ninety minutes with our clinical lead, including three case discussions drawn from actual consults on the app.
Supervised first month
The first twenty consults are reviewed line by line before a consultant takes calls unsupervised.
Quarterly review
Ratings, consult notes and follow-up outcomes are audited every quarter. Licences are re-verified annually.
Find the right person for tonight.
Filter by specialty, language and when you need them. Booking, records and prescriptions live in the app.
Not sure who to see?
Pick what is happening in your house right now and we will narrow the list for you.
What mothers say after the call.
“She read my whole file before saying hello. I did not have to tell the story from the beginning for once.”
“Eleven minutes on video at 3am and the latch was fixed. I stopped crying. So did the baby.”
“I said I was fine. She waited, and then asked again differently. That call is the reason I got help.”
Join the panel.
We are adding consultants in foetal medicine, paediatric nutrition and perinatal psychiatry, and we are always short of night cover outside the metros. Consults are paid per call, at a night rate after 10pm.
One price for every consultant on the panel — ₹499 per consult, shown before you book. Care plan members get consults included each month.
