Last updated: [LAST_UPDATED_DATE]

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] ("Yashoma", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Yashoma mobile app and website (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Yashoma

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

What Yashoma provides

Yashoma offers pregnancy and baby-care educational videos (free and paid), doctor consultations with an independent panel of practitioners, and community groups. Some features are available only in the mobile app.

Medical disclaimer — please read

The content on Yashoma is for general education and information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care from your own doctor or qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking advice because of something you saw on Yashoma.

In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or nearest hospital immediately — do not use Yashoma.

Doctor consultations are provided by independent practitioners who are solely responsible for the clinical advice they give. Yashoma facilitates the booking and the call; it does not practise medicine and is not a party to the doctor–patient relationship. Consultations follow India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines; they do not include prescriptions or recordings.

Your account and sign-in

You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your device and account secure; you are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Signing in to the website is done by scanning a code from within the app — only approve a sign-in that you started.

Payments

Care packs and consultations are paid in Indian Rupees through our payment partner (Razorpay), using UPI, cards, or netbanking. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
