Dr. Sandip Gupta
If a child has leg pain at night, i.e. growing pain, this ladoo can prove very beneficial. Recipe: Take equal amounts of sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, and grind them. After grinding, mix in one spoon of moringa powder. For sweetness, add five to six dates. Finally add a little cardamom (elaichi) powder. Shape it into ladoos and give the child one ladoo daily before going to school. Benefits: It contains calcium and magnesium, which help in muscle development, and protein, which helps in children's height development. It contains omega-3 fatty acids, which increase children's memory power, increase concentration, and help in brain development. It is a complete immunity booster and growth booster. Relevant for: parents whose child complains of leg pain at night or growing pains; parents looking for a homemade ladoo or seeds recipe for children; parents wanting foods for muscle development, height growth and bone health; parents looking to support memory, concentration and brain development in kids; parents wanting a healthy school-morning snack; and parents looking for a natural sweetener like dates instead of sugar.
